Whether you’re camping with your family, hiking with your best friend or eloping with your lover, Tofino captures the rugged beauty of the West Coast in the most perfect way.
As a BC wedding photographer, one of my favourite things is travelling this absolutely stunning province and exploring it’s beauty. Our little slice of heaven holds so much enchantment and that makes my heart leap. Particularly because I’m a photographer and it’s my passion to capture connection and beauty. For example, the insane beauty of the coast in Tofino, which looks like a dream for eloping in. For this reason, I’m pretty sure it’s where I want to get married when my best friend and I tie the knot.
More than once I’ve been told I’m an emotional person and that I’m impassioned. Honestly, loving hard, and subsequently fighting hard, are who I am to my very core. It’s no wonder that combining beautiful locales and intimate settings send my emotions into overdrive. Since my crazy emotions are a driving force in who I am and what I strive to be, I try hard to harness these feelings into my art and photography.
Integrating beautiful destinations and intimate settings send my emotions into overdrive, but I let this overflow of fervor drive me to be better at what I do, and it works.
People and love are a couple of my favourite things, especially people IN love.
Things I adore include elopements, intimate weddings, and destination love stories. Without a doubt these are my jam! To illustrate, this beach day with Cyrene and Byron was absolutely breathtaking! Seen here was a styled shoot, however everything about this couple was 100% authentic. Specifically, getting married just one month prior to this workshop, these babes stood on Long Beach in Tofino and re-read their vows to each other. In short, the passion was tremendous, and these two are beautiful souls inside and out.
Take a peek at these stunners, specifically the insane beach shots!
Carrying out a successful styled shoot is entirely dependent on the teamwork of the vendors involved, and the creative minds running the process.
Thank you so much to the rad photographers who hosted this workshop and helped create such magic! Victoria from The Wild Hearts Collective, Stacie from Stacie Carr Photo, and Kaylyn and Sean from The McLachlans. Indeed you are all incredible humans, and have so much freaking talent!
Love you all and especially your sunshine-y souls.
Let’s get our glorious minds together, specifically to create!
If you’re a wedding focused vendor and are interested in collaborating, please feel free to hit me up! In other words, let’s discuss details and create some magic!
